NOTE: We always need your “Wedding Planner Form” completed and sent to us thirty (30) days before your wedding date OR fill out the same form via your online planner no later than (7) days before your event.
What can our clients do online?
- Select your music from our online library database and then place these songs into the categories of “Must Play ,” “If Time Permits,” “Do Not play” your “First dance,” “Father-Daughter dance,” and much more. There is a direct link to listen to most of the songs at Pandora Internet Radio. If you haven’t tried Pandora Radio yet, it’s a cool web site that allows you to listen to any artist you like and create your own radio station, and you can also download it to your i-Pod.
- List all your bridal party members, special announcements, other wedding vendors and all other details that you want us to know. Do this at your convenience from any location that has Internet access.
- Pay us online with your credit card. This is a secured site that sends your credit card information to us. We then run your credit card in our office via our key pad terminal. Easy, simple, and convenient.
